Where Level Best came from.
Brian Watts has been installing floors and managing projects since 2000. Over two decades he's worked on everything from single room home remodels to multimillion dollar housing projects with material selections most installers have never touched.
He started Level Best Flooring because he wanted to build something with standards that customers deserve and can trust but struggle to find in today's market. A company that operates the way he has always believed a trade business should. Show up when you say you will. Do the work to the standard you would want in your own home. Stand behind every detail of a project no matter how big or small. Does not hand the client off to someone who is trying to get it done as quickly as possible.

Hardwood installation and tile installation are different crafts. As Level Best grows, crews are specialized by material type, so the person installing your tile has done it hundreds of times, not dozens.

We do not start a job and figure it out as we go. Scope, sequencing, material quantities, and timeline are confirmed before a crew sets foot on site. Surprises are bad for everyone. We work to eliminate them on the front end.
