Level Best Flooring installs hardwood, tile and natural stone, luxury vinyl plank, rubber sport flooring, carpet, and carpet tile across residential new construction, custom renovations, and light commercial projects. Each material type is handled by an specialized crew and not a generalist who switches tools depending on the job.

Level Best Flooring installs solid and engineered hardwood with the attention to subfloor prep, acclimation, and finish detail that separates a floor that lasts from or ones that do not.
What we install
Solid and engineered hardwoods, 2 1/4" - 9 1/2"" width planks. We provide sand, stain, and finish options for new or existing floors.
Best suited for
Living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, main floor open plans, custom home finish packages.
Builder note
We can provide temporary flooring protection upon your request in the form of Ramboard. GC to determine areas to be covered.
Homeowner note
We provide samples for you to take home where you can see the color and grain with your furniture and paint before committing to a material.

LIGHT COMMERCIAL
Tile work is where craftsmanship is most visible and where some flooring contractors fall short. Grout lines, lippage, layout decisions, proper waterproofing in wet areas, and the patience required are all things that separate a decent tile installer from a great one. Level Best's crews do this work exclusively; it is not a sideline.
What we install
Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, large format, mosaic, floor and wall tile, custom showers and tub surrounds.

Bathrooms, kitchens, mudrooms, entryways, custom showers, commercial lobbies and common areas

We can work directly with your home buyers to help with selections and design options while staying within your allotted budget.
Homeowner note
We will walk you through layout options, trim packages, etc. before we start. We can also provide a 3D rendering of the plan for your approval prior to mobilization.
Why this matters for builders
Custom tile showers are where the most builder and sub relationships break down. Most flooring subcontractors can lay a floor. Far fewer can build a waterproof, precisely set custom shower that holds up and looks right at final walk through. This is a real capability gap in the market and it's one Level Best Flooring fills.

LVP has become the dominant flooring choice in new construction for good reason. It is highly water resistant, durable, and available in premium lines that are genuinely difficult to distinguish from hardwood or tile. They are generally less expensive, a little softer to stand on over long periods, and in the case of tile looks, don't feel as cold under foot as real porcelain or ceramic.

Builder grade through premium LVP lines, click lock and glue down, full home and commercial installs.

Kitchens, basements, high traffic areas, full home installs on new construction, and light commercial spaces.

High volume install capacity. We work with your designer, architect, or homeowner to match the material specs or help source the right product line to fit your price and timelines. This product is ideal for rentals.
Homeowner note
With the new engineering and design options of today’s LVP, you would be surprised with the improvements over traditional laminate. We provide samples for you to take home so you can judge for yourself.

Product selection makes an enormous difference in how carpet performs and how long it lasts. Level Best helps you find the right fiber, pile weight, and pad combination for how the space will actually be used not just what looks good in a showroom.

Carpet Tile

Carpet tile is the practical choice for commercial spaces where durability, replaceability, and design flexibility matter. It also cuts down on noise and echo, a real plus in offices with lots of employees or frequent phone calls. Damaged tiles can be swapped individually, no pulling up the whole floor or patching. It's the right spec for office buildouts, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments that need to perform for years under heavy foot traffic.
What we install
Modular carpet tile comes in a range of shapes, sizes, colors, and designs, including lines with subtle color pops we can coordinate with custom colors for that extra touch.

Offices, gyms, high traffic areas
Builder note
These products are usually reserved for light commercial spaces but they can definitely but used in certain situations within the home. Basements, storage closets, workshops, game rooms, etc. anywhere that may need a little extra durability but still want it to look nice.
Homeowner note
These products can also be installed as a floating floor, no adhesive, no damage to the surface beneath. Turning a garage into a man cave, she shed, or whatever else? We can install carpet tiles right over the existing floor, and just as easily remove them later if you want the space back for vehicles.
