Welcome to LevelBestFlooring.com (the "Site"), operated by Level Best Flooring ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any services, quotes, payments, or deposits made through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our flooring services, request quotes, submit inquiries, view past projects, and make online payments or deposits where applicable. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse content from the Site without permission

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes or estimates provided through the Site are based on the information you submit and are subject to change following an in-person assessment, measurement, or consultation. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written estimate or contract prior to the start of work.

3. Online Payments and Deposits

  • Payments and deposits made through the Site are processed via a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

  • Deposits secure scheduling and/or materials and are generally non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials ordered, except as otherwise agreed in writing or as required by law.

  • Final payment terms (amount, due dates, cancellation policy) will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • You are responsible for ensuring payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations after the amount of days stated in your contract. See your service agreement agreement for details.

5. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials displayed on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the customers who submitted them. They are provided voluntarily and represent personal opinions, not guarantees of results. We may display customer name and general location (e.g., city) alongside a review unless requested otherwise.

If you submit a review, you grant us permission to display it on the Site and in related marketing materials. You agree that your review will be truthful and will not contain defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content. We reserve the right to remove any review at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, graphics, and project photos — is owned by or licensed to Level Best Flooring and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

7. Service Disclaimer

Information on the Site (including flooring recommendations, care guides, or estimated timelines) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee. Actual project scope, materials, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed in your service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Best Flooring is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to errors in quotes generated through the Site, payment processing issues, or reliance on information published on the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you through the Site in connection with that claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Payment Processing

Online payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your use of that processor's services is subject to their own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues caused by the payment processor.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Level Best Flooring harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of false information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
