How a Level Best builder project works.

You reach out

Email us your bid documents or blueprints with a brief description of what you are looking for -scope, material types, timeline, and budgetary restrictions if applicable.

We bid it

Whether you need budgetary numbers, have specified basis of design, or would like to meet one of our sales staff in our showroom for selections, we are here to help.

We schedule the project

Once the proposal is approved and deposit paid we place orders for all necessary materials. Once materials arrive we will reach out to schedule installation.

We install and close

Brian will personally go over each project with the assigned crew and will go over any special instructions. We do not consider a job complete until all punch list items are addressed. 

What we install.

→Hardwood: 3/4" solid and engineered hardwoods including custom sand, stain, and finish options.

→Tile and natural stone: Floor Tile, wall tile, wainscots, backsplashes, and custom showers.

→Luxury vinyl Tile / Plank (LVT / LVP): 2mm /6mil commercial grade glue down up to 15mm / 30mil floating with attached pad and everything in between.

→BroadloomCarpet: Glue down commercial grade, double glue down with pad, Stretch-in over pad with moisture barrier, steps, custom sized area rugs with bound or surged edging. 

→Carpet tile: Modular carpet tiles for high traffic areas as well as walk off tiles for entryways that help to preserve the condition of interior flooring.

→Resilient Sheet Vinyl: traditional sheet vinyl and heat welded vinyl for hospitals or doctor offices where it is essential to contain contaminants.

→Rubber Sports Flooring: We can provide the tile version with lockable puzzle piece design or rolled sheet rubber for use in personal at home gyms or in a more commercial setting as well.
